F.A.Q

How do I get the password?
Answer: The password for the phone and the internet will be emailed to you prior to the exercise. This is why your correct email is essential – to make sure that you have all of the information needed in a timely manner.

How can I ask questions?
Answer: Questions can be asked using the Internet at any time throughout the Webinar by using the “ask question” button at the bottom left-hand side of the screen. Also, the facilitator will open up phone lines for questions often during the scenario.

Why is it important to turn off the sound on my computer?
Answer: Because the slides are advanced by the moderator, they are refreshed frequently. By turning off the sound on your computer, you will eliminate the clicking noise.

Tips to a successful Webinar?

  • If more than one person is at your site:
    • Use a room that has both a phone line and a computer with Internet access.
    •  Use a speakerphone or audio system that will provide adequate volume and sound quality for the number of people attending. (Remember to mute during the presentation.)
    • Access the website and try out your equipment one or two days in advance to ensure a smooth set-up on the day of the Webinar. Use the “Test Your Setup” on the left hand menu. If there are problems, please call our help desk at (319) 626-6129.
